The Cape Coral Police Department is still in need of new volunteers for administrative positions in the lobby of the Police Department as well as at City Hall.

CCPD volunteers assist citizens everyday at their stations located in the Police Department lobby at 1100 Cultural Park Blvd., as well as in the lobby of City Hall next to the City Clerk at 1015 Cultural Park Blvd.

The Police Department location staffs volunteers at the reception desk, and is also in need of volunteers to staff the fingerprint station. City Hall has a reception desk where volunteers assist people with their City Hall needs. Shifts are typically either morning or afternoon 3-hour shifts.

For more information, contact the Police Volunteer Unit at 239-242-3346. Those interested can also visit www.capecops.com.

Volunteer applications can be found online at static1.squarespace.com/static/503d2b05c4aaf0e1f6a0e4e1/t/5aa2ac6524a694a064a4c612/1520610408380/Untitled.pdf. They can be dropped off at the Cape Coral Police Department Headquarters at 1100 Cultural Park Blvd.
